Le WSET Niveau 2 en Vins est une formation diplômante du WSET qui présente les caractéristiques des vins de différents cépages et terroirs dans les principales régions viticoles mondiales. Cette formation est idéale pour les professionnels ou amateurs de niveau intermédiaire qui veulent parfaire leurs connaissances dans l’art de la dégustation. Participants : 5 minimum et 12 maximum Compris : Dégustation de 45 vins français et étrangers + Total de 21h d'enseignement en présentiel + Livre de formation (à emmener en formation) + Examen final Non compris : Repas du midi Prérequis : Etre majeur et avoir quelques connaissances en vins (validation WSET 1 recommandée) Examen : QCM de 1 heure Objectifs : > Comprendre l’influence de la vinification, du vieillissement en bouteille, et des facteurs environnementaux sur le vin > Connaître le style des vins produits à partir des principaux cépages de chaque région > Comprendre la conservation et le service du vin Recommandation : A réception de votre inscription, le livre de formation est disponible et nous vous invitons à en prendre connaissance avant la formation (environ 12 heures de travail personnel). This training is ideal for professionals or intermediate level amateurs who want to improve their knowledge in the art of tasting. Participants : 5 minimum and 12 maximum Included : Tasting of 45 french and foreign wines + Total of 21 hours on-site teaching + Training book (to take to training) + Final exam Not included : Lunch Prerequisites : Be of legal age and have some knowledge of wines (validation WSET 1 recommended) Exam : 1 hour MCQ Goals : > Understand the influence of winemaking, bottle aging, and environmental factors on wine > Know the style of wines produced from the main grape varieties from each region > Understand the conservation and service of wine Recommendation : Upon receipt of your registration, the training book is available and we invite you to read it before the training (approximately 12 hours of personal work).
