Everything is planned to make professionals and amateurs aware of responsible consumption during training. Our trainers teach you good practices to reconcile tasting and moderation.

Wine must be consumed with reason and pleasure in order to appreciate it at its true value. Consumed in excess, it leads to strong dependence, risky behavior and considerably reduces life expectancy.  

Our courses and training are intended to introduce the wine world, and to enrich their knowledge in the field, through wine tasting. Each student therefore has water and a spittoon so that they do not consume the tasted wines.  

If necessary, we have alcohol tests to check the blood alcohol level at the end of the training.


The Wine School disclaims all liability for excessive alcohol consumption, contrary to our internal rules.
